If Klarna receives the payment on schedule, it will make a new automatic payment attempt seven days later. If this next payment attempt fails, Klarna will make a final payment attempt seven days later. In addition, you can continue to attempt to collect current and past due payments on subsequent due dates, or separately bill the unpaid total. Klarna may also share information about late payments with credit reference agencies. What happens if I don't pay for my order?

If you do not pay, you will be in default, since the payment of 3 installments is a credit product. Klarna may share information about your late payments with credit reference agencies. This means that it may be difficult or more expensive to use credit products from Klarna or other lenders in the future.

Klarna can also refer any debt to a collection agency. This agency will collect the debt on behalf of Klarna. Additionally, if the debt is referred to a collection agency, Klarna will share this information with credit reference agencies.

Do I have to go to the Klarna website to check my payments?

How does Klarna protect my payment information?

Klarna processes payment information securely. Card data is not transferred to EWABY, nor is it retained by EWABY. All transactions are carried out through secure connections using the most important security protocols in the industry.

Can I pay before the due date?

What happens to my payments after I make a return?

Once EWABY has received the return (partial or total) and you have received confirmation of the same, Klarna will send you an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule if you have made a partial return. In the case of a full refund, we will return any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You can always check the status of your order in the Klarna app.

I have made a payment, but I have not received my order yet.

In case you have not received your order, please contact EWABY via live chat or email to check when your order will be delivered. You can also contact Klarna customer service so that we can postpone your payment due date or suspend your order while you wait for your products to arrive.

I have canceled my order, how long will it take to receive my refund?

Once the store has registered your cancellation or return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

I have requested a refund, how will I receive it?

The refund will be issued to the debit or credit card you originally used when making the payment.

What happens to my account status when I have returned part of my order?
