EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
You can submit an exchange or return request within 14 days of receiving the package. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed, with the original packaging, and with all labels attached. EWABY does not cover shipping costs to return an item. We recommend using a tracking service to reduce the risk of package loss.

FULL PRICE ITEMS
All full price items are subject to exchange or return. Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the limited nature of our parts, we are currently unable to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to return your item for another size or style, you must return the item you wish to exchange and make a new purchase to make a new purchase.

All sale/promotional or outlet items will receive a credit memo (available for 12 months), unless the item received is faulty, in which case it will be repaired or replaced. If the item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.
Full-price items purchased with a welcome code have the same return procedure as full-price items. Sale items purchased with a welcome code are final sale unless defective, in which case the item will be repaired or replaced. If the item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.
We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and hope that you will never receive a faulty product from us.
