RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can submit an exchange or return request within 14 days of receiving the package. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed, with the original packaging and with all tags attached. EWABY does not cover shipping costs to return an item. We recommend using a tracking service to reduce the risk of package loss.

Exchange and return policy
Returns will not be processed unless they go through our Returns Manager portal. If you have problems with the portal, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We accept returns and exchanges on all full price bags within 14 days of receiving delivery.
Ewaby is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. Ewaby boxes should not be used as an actual shipping box.
Please note that original and return shipping costs will not be credited upon return.
Please ensure that your items are returned new, unworn and with all Ewaby and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your return or exchange has been completed.
Prices from previous purchases will not be adjusted.
All orders placed during sales and online promotion periods are final. No changes or refunds are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, the items will be sent back to you.
