Refund policy
Returns will not be processed unless they go through our Returns Manager portal. If you have problems with the portal, please contact us at ewa@ewaby.com.
We only accept returns and exchanges for domestic orders within the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
International orders are final sale only and cannot be returned or exchanged. EWABY is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. EWABY boxes should not be used as shipping boxes.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded in the event of a return.
Please ensure that your items are returned new, unworn and with all EWABY and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your return or exchange has been completed.
No price adjustments will be made for previous purchases.
