SPAIN

Free express shipping for all orders in 1-2 business days.

EUROPE

Free express shipping in 2-4 business days on orders over €120. Orders below €120 with express shipping in 2-4 business days cost €12.90.

INTERNATIONAL

Free express shipping in 2-4 business days on orders costs €12.90.

Your order will be prepared within 24-48 hours following the purchase.

Please note that the above delivery times are only an estimate. Ewaby is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered due to any reasonable or unavoidable delays in delivery.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Europe

All orders placed from Europe are shipped with taxes and duties paid from Australia. This means that the final amount of the order you see at checkout is the final amount you will pay. There are no additional charges once your order reaches Europe, as this is covered by Ewaby. However, please note that UPS may contact you to request your Social Security Number (SSN) in order to clear your package for delivery, as required by the Customs and Border Protection Service of Europe.

Rest of the world

The shipping costs added to your order at the time of payment do not include possible customs duties and taxes that may be applied by the customs of the destination country.

The customer will be responsible for any customs duty, foreign tax, or other fees that may be imposed. Please contact your local customs office for more information or an estimate of these costs.

If you wish to return an item, Ewaby cannot refund the duties and taxes paid, as the payment was made directly at your local customs office. Please contact your local customs office for a tax refund.

TRACKING

All Ewaby purchases are tracked and shipped with UPS Express. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking notification by email. In case no one can sign to pick up your package, the courier service will attempt delivery at another time. You can also use UPS's "Delivery on Demand" service to reschedule your delivery, select an alternative address, etc. Please note that Ewaby is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen during transport.
